Aerobics Classes System:

 

  • Spinning classes require signing in 1 hour before the class begins
  • Class will be cancelled if attendance is one member.
  • Warming up is essential for your safety to avoid injuries.
  • Class instructors are subject to change.
  • It is important to bring your towel and water.

  • Classes may be changed and/or cancelled without prior notice.
  • Mobiles must be switched off.
  • Class instructors are subject to change.
  • It is important to bring your towel and water.
  • Please be on time, members will not be allowed to enter after the instructor starts.
  • For your safety, members are not permitted to use the aerobics room without an attending instructor.
  • Beginners must come 10 minutes early to meet with the instructor before the class begins.
  • Aerobic members may use the aerobics room and lockers. (No use of any other facility in the gym is allowed)
  • Spinning classes require signing in 1 hour before the class begins
  • Cardio Step & F.B.L.T requires signing in 30 minutes before the class begins
